About Lara Cattery

Paul and Lorraine are the owners of Lara Cattery and both have a long standing history of being involved in quality animal care. Lorraine gained her initial experience at a top class kennels and cattery in the UK in the 1970s. They were both involved in breeding and exhibiting Golden Retrievers in the UK and breeding and exhibiting Burmese Cats here in Australia.

Paul and Lorraine built and managed a Boutique Boarding Cattery in Woodend using the top UK guidelines for building, care and management. Here at Lara Cattery we follow those guidelines as close as Australian conditions allow.

Lorraine has also had thirty two years as a human health professional giving her a wealth of knowledge and experience in health and hygiene.
